Content License and Intellectual Property

Unless a page or asset says otherwise, the original public Wiki material for which Lumina Studio holds the copyright is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Scope

This notice covers original material published before this notice, material currently published, and future original public Wiki material. It includes original writing, tables, diagrams, annotations, and media only when Lumina Studio owns the necessary rights.

If a page, image, or video carries a separate credit, license, or “permission for this Wiki only” notice, that specific notice takes priority. Lumina Studio can license only material that it owns or is authorized to sublicense.

What you may do

Subject to the license conditions, you may:

  • copy and share the licensed material;
  • translate, rewrite, reformat, or otherwise adapt it; and
  • use it for learning, teaching, community discussion, and other noncommercial purposes.

Conditions

  1. Attribution: credit Lumina Studio Wiki, link to the source page and the license, and indicate whether you made changes.
  2. NonCommercial: do not use the licensed material for commercial purposes.
  3. ShareAlike: distribute adaptations under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
  4. No additional restrictions: do not apply legal or technical measures that prevent others from exercising the licensed rights.

Suggested attribution:

Source: Lumina Studio Wiki, original page: <URL>, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Changes: <describe changes or state none>.

Material not covered by this license

The following does not automatically become CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 material merely because it appears on the Wiki:

  • Lumina Studio or third-party source code, build and deployment scripts, configuration, or infrastructure;
  • Third-party software interfaces, logos, trademarks, fonts, model designs, characters, and brand assets;
  • photographs, videos, models, or other files supplied by users, testers, or partners and marked as permission-only or separately licensed;
  • external links, embedded videos, and quoted third-party text or images; and
  • patent, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or other rights that a Creative Commons copyright license does not grant.

Those items remain subject to their own terms and the rights of their respective owners. Check the credits and rights notice near the material before reusing it. If no permission is stated, do not assume that third-party material is open for reuse.

Software code is separate from Wiki content

CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 applies to original public Wiki material, not to Lumina Studio software code. Before reusing software, site components, or dependencies, check the applicable repository terms and dependency licenses separately.

Contributions and supplied media

Contributors retain copyright in their original work. A contributor submitting original writing, tables, diagrams, or annotations should confirm that the work may be published under this page's license. Photographs, videos, models, and other media may instead be identified as CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, separately licensed, or permission-only for Lumina Studio Wiki; the published page should record the credit and scope accurately.

If a credit is missing, a rights boundary is unclear, or you believe material was published without permission, contact Lumina Studio through a feedback channel listed on the Wiki and include the page URL and relevant rights details.

This page is a reader-friendly summary and does not replace the license text. If

this summary conflicts with the Creative Commons license, the license terms control.
